There have been several periods in American history that are referred to as turbulent times. They were characterized by a wide range of changes happened respond issues brought anxiety, threat, discontent, or trouble. Donald Trump’s presidency and the Covid‑19 pandemic significantly influenced immigration policy lives immigrants. The present article pays special attention Mexican‑American border. This area plays crucial role migration studies focusing on Americas for at least two reasons: international relations between Mexico (and Latin region) United States, homeland security related irregular regular migrant flows. study aims determine what implemented border policy, investigate why they occurred, finally, discuss their results. analyzes most challenging characteristic situation unaccompanied minor migrants, concept wall ‘remain Mexico’ program. US‑Mexican played research dedicated since its inception.
